General Information

PREORDERS: If this is a pre-order item, I will post updates on our Facebook Page regarding the status of them. If you have claimed an item from the pre-order category, please understand that this is a soft commitment to purchase. We understand that things come up and ask that you communicate with us if you need to cancel. Should you have to cancel more than twice, we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit towards the item(s) you are reserving in the future.


IN STOCK: If you are ordering in stock items you will be notified when your item(s) ship and be provided tracking information.

Returns and exchanges: We hope that you absolutely love every item you purchase. If for some reason it's not quite right, you can contact us within 7 days of your package being delivered and we will do what we can to make it right. All returns/exchanges are required to be new and unworn with all of the original tags attached. Customer is responsible for all shipping associated with the return/exchange. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and will be credited within 7 days of us confirming that we've received the item.
